I would just like to give some basic information relating to properties.
The properties that you can view on this website are subject to change
daily. There are properties coming on the market daily starting from as
little as 8,000 pounds up to 300,000 pounds.

The areas that have been demonstrated on this website are the upmarket
areas. There is nothing to say that properties cannot be bought in any
other areas away from the centre, in the suburbs and north/south of the
city. Some of these areas are very pretty, but anything more than a ten
minute drive from the centre is considered to be a long way.
Consequently, prices are much lower.

There are also ample opportunities to buy very cheap properties in
original condition and to totally refurbish. The costs of refurbishing are
very low in comparison to the UK.
